Get Lumero up and running in your Shopify store in just a few minutes.

Installation

Step 1: Install from Shopify App Store

1. Visit the Lumero app listing on the Shopify App Store

2. Click "Add app" to begin installation

3. Review the permissions and click "Install app"

4. You'll be redirected to the Lumero admin dashboard

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

• 7-day free trial available on all plans

• No setup fees or hidden costs

• Cancel anytime during trial with no charges

Plan Options:

• Starter ($19/month): 100 products, 5K requests/month

• Professional ($79/month): 1,000 products, 35K requests/month

• Business ($199/month): 5,000 products, 100K requests/month

Step 3: Initial Product Sync

After installation, you'll need to manually sync your products (or wait until the next cron job that night)

• Sync typically completes within 5-10 minutes for most stores

Theme Integration

Automatic Widget Installation

Lumero includes a theme extension that automatically adds the search widget to your store (you must still enable it):

1. Widget appears in bottom-right corner of your store pages

2. Mobile drawer provides full-screen experience on mobile devices

3. No theme modification required - works with any Shopify theme

Accessing Theme Settings and Enable Widget

1. Go to Online Store → Themes in Shopify admin

2. Click "Customize" on your active theme

3. Navigate to Theme Settings or App Embeds

4. Find "Lumero App Widget" settings and Enable

Common Installation Issues

• Widget not appearing: Check theme extension is enabled in theme customizer

• No search results: Wait for product sync to complete (visible in dashboard)

• Permission errors: Ensure app has necessary Shopify permissions
